Tips For Not Lazy Exercise
Many reasons that appear to melt the intention to exercise? Maybe you lack motivation and have not been able to bring you go to the gym. Here it tips so that you are not lazy to exercise.

1. Vary movements
Do not just stare at a sports program. Doing the same thing every day will seem monotonous and boring. Vary your workouts, do not just weight training and treadmills alone. Yoga, kickboxing, gymnastics floor (pilates) or even a Tae Kwon Do can be an alternative of your workout.
2. Do not give up

5. Simple target
